RESERVE GRAN CLUB SANTA LUCIA ONLINE
I just returned from 2 weeks at this resort and I must say that the food was only adequate and the rooms had very little storage-particularly since there were 3 of us sharing the space. On a very positive note however, I will say that the shortcomings of this hotel were more than balanced out by the warm and charming animators and dancers. You'll never find better baby sitters anywhere and the child activity 'non-winners' were always somehow made to feel like super-heroes! Great to see. If it wasn't for this portion of the staff, my stay would not have as enjoyable as it was. These kind and caring individuals (the lovely and elegant dancers: Loyda, Raymel, Ariel, Elizabeth and Jorge and fun-loving animators: Julio, Bombon, Pluto, Junior, Tico, Lachinea) showed class both on and off the site-including during their 'off' hours. They truly 'make' the place and several of them went out of their way to ensure my comfort without expecting anything in return. I felt safe and secure around these wonderful people, whom I now consider as friends. To them I say: "Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything-you made it impossible for me to leave without tears in my eyes and I hope to see you again! I'll miss your smiles and gentle ways. Hasta luego, mis amigos".
